We're looking for support workers to join our team, supporting individuals moving into the new home!
Support Worker
The Role:
At Jovial Lodge, we provide residential rehabilitative services to individuals with a mental health condition and/or a learning disability. We practice person centred support that focuses on progression and supporting individuals to take back control of their life's.
As part of your role you will be supporting and promoting individuals with the following:
- Good personal hygiene
- Activities of daily living
- Wellbeing pathways (5 ways to wellbeing)
- Positive mental wellbeing
- Progression plans and pathways
- Expressions of self
- Community access and self-confidence
- Planning, shopping and cooking healthy balanced meals
- Local trips, holidays, days out and outhouse activities
